This is by Susan Beals, who is certified in both Perception Modification and Bridge and Target. Susan is experienced with many, many techniques, and has taught for decades, even as she campaigned dog in conformation, obedience, rally, CGC, and more. Susan is a staunch ally of dogs and their people, and brings her astute intelligence and experience to the aid of her audience.
I am very glad to see this offering because this book is needed. I have had my own hands full working on materials for professional trainers. But I have acutely recognized that we NEED resources for the enthusiastic pet owner. This not only helps people get started with training, but also with SATS. Susan additionally explains some other gentle methods which might also be of interest. I’m proud that a trainer of Susan’s ability and wisdom loves SATS like I do.
