Hi Kayce, I just filled out the form, hope it gets to you. I think I already filled it out way back when, but maybe since I paid by check instead of PayPal it didn’t go through. Thank you for putting on this workshop, I know besides the event there is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to make it happen. Also thank you for the invite to Conditioned Relaxation Syllabus. If I hadn’t been sitting at the hairdressers with a full head of hair color on my head I would have loved to have joined in on the discussion that was going on. I will listen to the material that you have provided on the links you sent. I very much appreciate you contacting me about this, and love your sense of humor! Looking forward to meeting you in just a month!
Have a wonderful blessed Christmas!
