We have started to allow select classes to be downloaded in MP3 format. This short video will show you have to download your classes to your local computer. This allows you to either listen to the classes offline or on a portable player. Please be considerate of the fact that we put a lot of hard work into producing these classes (and you paid so you could have access) and we ask that you do not share these MP3 files with others.
The following link will take you to the directions on Apple’s site for loading MP3 files into Itunes so you can sync them with your Ipod/ Iphone.
