Dear Kayce,

Someone mentioned you when I spoke recently at a fundraising event for the Montgomery County Humane Society. I was intrigued and wanted to be in touch with you. I found your website here quite easily.

This person said that you had trained crabs to offer a claw for blood collection. Is it true? I’m an ethologist currently researching aspects of animal intelligence, awareness, emotions etc for a new book. I would be interested in any further information about this, or any other pertinent work you do or have done.

Best wishes,
Jonathan
