HI. I tried to order “the family dog” manual via the pay pal link on your site. But a warning came up indicating that the pay pal ‘certificate’ was invalid. Please advise.

The PayPal link is not working for me - page states “there is a problem with this website’s security certificate”. Is there another way to order this through PayPal?

First let me apologize- I am just mortified that you had to remind me to ck junkmail! I know you’re just rollin’ your eyes, shakin’ yur head - you’re now wondering, ‘how can she train a dog?’ /;-). This was worse than a sr. moment! I apologize again..I’ll be back for the family dog manuel..

I am getting the invalid/warning for paypal repeatedly - can I send the paypal payment through my paypal account to your email?
(the way I normally use the paypal system)

Hi Kayce, I am trying to use Paypal to order your online manual but when I submit your email address it rejects the transaction as not being a valid address. I can mail a check but I am very anxious to get started with your system and 4 to 6 weeks is a LONG time to wait via snailmail as opposed to two hours online??? Help?
