Attendees:

Dogs

• By approval only
• All dogs crated, unless working  and on lead.
• Owners bring crates, treats, water, shade, etc. 
• Do not allow dogs to come up upon other dogs. 
• No dangerous dogs, or dogs which cannot be safely handled by owners. 
• Owner to have all required safety gear on dog as needed (muzzles, etc).
• Owner is responsible for handling dog safely.

Suggested admission Cost:            $230 early registration, $250 at door,

• Personal check postmarked 2 weeks prior to seminar date,
• Cash, but price at door higher, and subject to bumping for a prepaid client.

Private and Semi-Private Lessons: 

• No charge to organizer, in exchange for use of facility. 
• Charge to clients:  $175 semi-private lesson, up to five people, 4 hours.
•  Private lessons subject to availability, $60 for ½ hour, $120 for 1 hour.

No reduced price for “auditors”.  All attendees: same price, with or without dog. 

No video or audiotaping, or photography during seminar.

Participants sign 3 forms: 

• Liability release
• Media release
• Non-competition agreement

Kayce Cover provides:

• Syllabus
• Certificates

• Instruction

Organizer provides (and bears expense for):

• Facility with protection from weather..
• Areas for dog holding/walking
• Tables (2 min, 4 optimum).
• Seating for all participants.
• Television, DVD and/or projector
• Name tags and check in at registration

• Food breaks set up on time
• Demonstration animals (can be any but only 1/3 can be clicker trained).

• Some training treats, appropriate for type of animals

Organizer Perq’s:  One complimentary admission to seminar and semi-private lessons,

Payment:  Fee ($2000) plus Kayce’s expenses plus 50% of gate of attendees 24-30.

Payment required prior to seminar start, in bank draft or money order for US dollars.  No exceptions.  Can take several days to do if changing currencies, so contact bank early. $100 deposit due to reserve date (refundable only if Kayce must cause cancellation).

 Organizer covers expenses including:

• Transportation to seminar; air ticket, unless otherwise negotiated, paid 30 days in advance, in US dollars.
• Transportation to and from airport to seminar site.
• Transportation from accommodations to the seminar each day.
• Food and accommodations during the seminar

Once the seminar is advertised, it will hold, unless otherwise negotiated.
